Fiduciary

A fiduciary is an investment advisor that is require by law to look in the best interest of the client. You would figure that this should be the case everywhere, but it is not. In Kaldus, all investments advisors are required by law to be fiduciaries. This provides some assurance that the advisor is looking out for the best interest of the client, and if not, legal action can be taken into place. In addition, the fiduciary is not allowed more than 3.4% of any increase in investment dividends received to the client. By receiving a percentage of the dividend, the fiduciary will be somewhat assured that they are making the best decision so they can receive the most money possible from the client.
